The Expropriation of Morality and the Media Matrix
The old world order monopolized not only energy and capital, but something much more dangerous: reality itself. The most sophisticated weapon of hierarchical power was never overt violence, but the institutionalization of double standards. Power arbitrarily expropriated the right to decide what is morally acceptable and what is condemnable, while positioning itself above all laws and ethical norms.
By the mid-2020s, in the shadow of current global conflicts, this moral relativism reached its most absurd, cynical endpoint. The system slapped what remained of humanity’s sense of justice across the face.
The Era of “Good” and “Bad” Wars
Let us face the geopolitical reality: power has created the cynical categories of “good wars” and “bad wars.” Today, international law is no longer a universal principle, but a flexible PR tool molded to suit current interests.
If a power opposing the mainstream bombs a city to the ground, it is a crime against humanity demanding global outrage. But if the exact same destruction is committed by forces approved by the status quo, the narrative magically changes. Suddenly, we hear of “precision strikes” and regrettable “collateral damage.” On the stage of history, the exact same armed group is a “barbaric terrorist” one day and a “heroic freedom fighter” the next—depending solely on who they point their weapons at, according to current global interests. Moral judgment is no longer determined by the act, but by political affiliation.
The Media as the Gatekeeper of Reality
How can this schizophrenic state be shoved down the throat of an entire civilization? The answer is the global media matrix. Today, mainstream media is no longer the chronicler of events, but the mind-control machinery of power.
They set the lighting, they edit the footage, and they tell us who to sympathize with and who to hate. Newscasts are, in fact, moral directives: they grant absolution for the sins of our own while demonizing the designated enemy. The media is the modern inquisition, sending dissidents to the stake while canonizing the servants of power.
The Invisible Hand: Camera and Weapon in One Hand
To understand this perfectly closed system, we must look beneath the surface. Why is it that geopolitical narratives move in perfect sync with economic interests?
The root of the problem is structural entanglement. If we follow the money, we face a chilling reality: the international capital financing the conflict, the military-industrial complex manufacturing the smart weapons, and the global media network “objectively” analyzing the war are all backed by the exact same ownership architecture. The camera that presents the war and the drone that drops the bomb ultimately belong to the same global portfolio. As long as the manufacturer of the narrative and the beneficiary of the conflict are the same entity, truth will always fall victim to business interests.
The Tabula Rasa: Drastic Foundations and Networked Immune Response
At this point, the “Great Giving Back” movement and the Tabula Rasa know no mercy. The era of double standards is over. The zero point demands universal transparency and the radical, immediate abolition of moral relativism. We carve an inviolable, drastic fundamental rule into stone: what is a crime for the powerless is also a crime for those in power. Without exception. A crime is a crime, regardless of which flag or logo it is committed under.
But how do we enforce this ruthless, universal standard? Not with weapons, decrees, or the noisy revolutions of the old world. Evolution and the ontological shift of the 21st century offer a much more cruel, yet elegant solution: networked withering.
Society has realized that it no longer exists in vertical hierarchies, but in networked lifeforms. A transparent, information-based network physically rejects toxic, centrally controlled lies as a biological immune response. Networked intelligence simply does not tolerate double standards, because they appear within it as system errors, as informational entropy.
The classical media manipulation machine does not need to be destroyed; the network simply routes around it. When society understands that the camera and the weapon are held by the exact same elite, it no longer attacks the camera—it simply withdraws the only energy required for its operation: credibility and attention. The drastic moral principle is realized through the silent logic of the network: the matrix of institutionalized manipulation does not perish in an explosion, but withers away forever in a vacuum of apathy and irrelevance.
